do give, rant, bargain, sell and contrm unto the said Grantee , his heirs and assigns ,
all my right, title and interest to all that certain piece or parcel
of land with the buildings and all other improvements thereon, -
situated in St. Lucie, Florida, which property is described as follows:
Lot 19, Block 7, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE UNIT ~1, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 1 and 2, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ Said premises are subject to all restrictions, easements
and reservations as of record may appear.

thereof, nmo him the said grantee Yis heirs and assigns forever, to him
and their own proper use and beboof.-And also, I the said grantor do for my self -
my heirs, executors, and administrators, coveaa~ with the said grantee his
heirs and assigns, that at and until the ensealiag of these presents, I am well
seized of the premises, as a good indefeasible estate in FEE -SIdfPLE; and have good right to bargain
and sell the same in manner and form as is above written; and that the same is free from all incumbrances
