who, regardless of number or gender, is herein called the singular masculine Assignee ,has and does hereby without
recourse, sell, transfer and assign unto said Assignee, his heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, said
mortgage and the note and indebtedness therein described, to have and to hold the same unto the Assignee, his heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns forever. If the Assignee is herein designated as a trustee, then the
Assignce shall have full power and authority to sill, transfer, assign, encumber or otherwise manage the mortgage
and note hereby assigned and the property encumbered by said mortgage.
