closing above any existing mortgages.
8. The Purchaser agrees that there is no Broker involved
in this transaction.
g, This agreement shall be binding upon the parties,
their heirs, assigns or successors. This instrument may be recorded
but should the right of first refusal not be exercised, the
Purchaser shall be required to execute an instrument of canceliatic~;:,
or be required to pay damages to the Seller in the amount of FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($5,000.00) plus fees, as liquidated
damages, should the Seller be required to clear title to this
property because of such recordation of the agreement.
