BEING THE SAME PROPERTY which the General Development Corporation by its deed dated
29 January 1975 and recorded in the Recorderrs Office of St. Lucie County, Plorida
in Deed Book Volume 240 page 082 granted and conveyed unto Glenn M. Matthews and
Belle S. Matthews, his wife. Said Glenn M. Matthews died on the~28th day of July,
1979 vesting title to the subject property in Belle S. Matthews as the surviving
tenant by the entireties.
