FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
-This cause came on for trial the 11th day of February,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

JOANNE C. GREEN and GENE M. GREEN, JR., be and the same is hereby

dissolved, and. the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
a
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of the unborn child of the parties
is hereby awarded to the Wife, JOANNE C. GREEN.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing one week from the date of the
birth of the child, GENE M. GREEN, JR., shall pay to JOANNE C.
GREEN the sum of $30.00 each and every week, for the support of
the child.

Each payment shall. be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to JOANNE C. GREEN. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
