GREEN, Wife, i f and ~ - GENE M. GREEN, JR., Husband. I FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -This cause came on for trial the 11th day of February, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between 3 a JOANNE C. GREEN and GENE M. GREEN, JR., be and the same is hereby f dissolved, and. the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and a from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the unborn child of the parties is hereby awarded to the Wife, JOANNE C. GREEN. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing one week from the date of the birth of the child, GENE M. GREEN, JR., shall pay to JOANNE C. GREEN the sum of $30.00 each and every week, for the support of the child. i Each payment shall. be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to JOANNE C. GREEN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be "s made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
