tiff's Motion to Vacate, and the parties having indicated to
the Court that they may well be able to amicably resolve the t
matters presented by said motion, and the Court having announced
an intention of granting a continuance if the parties are un-
able to resolve such matters, the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ruling on the above be and the
