CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE AFFIDAVIT

DOROTHY M. HENNESSY, being first duly sworn upon oath, .
deposes and states as follows:
1. That she is a resident of the Village of
Greendale, County o£ Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, residing
at 7012 Dryden Court, Greendale, Wisconsin.
2. That Joseph J. Hennessy was the husband of
Affiant at all times referred to hereinafter.
3. That Joseph J. Hennessy died a resident of
the Village of Greendale, County of Milwaukee, State of
Wisconsin, dying in the City of West Allis, County of Milwaukee,
State of Wisconsin, on the 27th day of November, 1978; that
attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by
reference is a certified copy of the death certificate confirming
-the-death of Joseph J. Hennessy, issued by the Register of Deeds
of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
4. That Affiant became married to the said Joseph
J. Hennessy on the 23rd day of February, 1952 in the City of
Chicago, State of Illinois, and remained married to the said
Joseph J. Hennessy continuously through and including the
27th day of November, 1978, being the date of death of the said
Joseph J. Hennessy.
5. That Affiant, together with her spouse, Joseph
J. Hennessy, were the purchasers and grantees designated in a
certain warranty deed dated November 30 , 1965 and recorded on
March 14, 1966, in the offfice of the Clerk of Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, in Official Record Book
140 , Page 354 as Document No. 143557, by means of
which Catherine C. Safstrom, as grantor, transferred and
conveyed title to the premises legall described as follows:
