6. That this Affidavit is made for the purpose .
of spreading upon the public record the full facts and details
relating to the death of the aforenamed Joseph J. Hennessy and
confirming the fact that the Affiant, Dorothy M. Hennessy, is
the surviving spouse and thereby suceeds to the full ownership
for the aforedescribed premises.
