recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit C.nurt in and for St. Lucie,
( County, Florida, in Plat Book 13, page 32, public records; and

recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie

PARTLAL RELEASE CLAUSE:
Upon sale of property as described above, Lots 13, Block 15, Port St. Lucie,
Section 25 or Lot 9, Block 662, Port St. Lucie, Section 13, may be released
upon payment of the net proceeds from the sale of the aforementioned lots
to the Mortgagees herein, and upon the sale of Lot 6, Block 49, Port St. Lucie,
Section 25; said mortgage must be satisfied in its entirety by payment of the
p full amount of principal and accrued interest.
