COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared Mary Ellen Kenny, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1, That she and James J. Kenny, her husband, were
the owners of the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 5, Biock 3, SOUTHERN VIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 9, Page 45 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Floirda.
2. That she and the said James J. Kenny, were
married prior to November 10, 1964 and said marriage continued without
interruption until June 15, 1978, the date of his death.
Further affiant saith not.
