PARTIAL RELEASE Q'7'7Q$s
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, having its principal place of business in Dade
County, Florida, for and in consideration of certain benefits accruing to it does hereby release and cancel all of its right,
title, interest, claim, easement and demand, if any, it may have in, to, over, above, under and across that portion of the
public utility easement shown on the Plat of_ Port St. Lucie Section Five -Subdivision recorded in Ptat
Book-.1.2 - , Page , of the Public. Records of _S.t. Lucie _ County, Florida, as to the following
described lands only, to-wit:
The 12 foot Florida Power &-Light Company easement as indicated by the dashed
lines across LUtS 20 and 21, Block 1639, along Harm Circle and Monterrey Lane,
across Lots 3ti, 37 and 38, Block 1639, across Monterrey Waterway, across Lot 50,
Block 1657, along Aster Road and across Lot 47, Block 1657 used for public
utility purposes on a teT~orary basis only.
The intent of this Release is to vacate that certain tel~orary easement shc~~n
on Sheets 3 and 4, as evidenced by the dashed lines, Section 17, Townshiu 37 S,
Range 40 E, of Plat of Port St. Lucie Section 5 as recorded in Plat Book 12,
Page ISA.

way affects other lands covered by said public utility easement. -
