COMES NOW the Plaintiffs, THOMAS J. COCKERILL and LOUISE
COCKERILL, his wife, by and through their undersigned attorneys,
and hereby give notice of their voluntary dismissal of the
above-captioned mortgage foreclosure, with prejudice, in ac-
cordance with Rule 1.420, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure,
and in support thereof, would how that the Defendants, GUS
BILLINGS, JR., and ONIE BILLINGS, his wife, have paid the sum
due and owing from them to the Plaintiffs prior to the issuance
of the Certificate of Title in this cause and this cause has

been amicably settled by and between the parties.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of foregoing Notice was
