THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon several Motions and the
Court having heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises ,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion for Continuance of Trial Date is granted and this cause is
9:30 A.M.
hereby set as the #1 case for trial for 1980,/and

to Strike and/or Dismiss Count Ir of the Amended Complaint is denied, without preju-
dice to move for Summary Judgment and/or partial Summary Judgment at a later

3 . The Court reserves ruling on paragraphs A , B , C , D and E of the
Motion in Limine filed by the Defendants/Third-Party Plaintiffs, FLORIDA EAST
COAST RAILWAY COMPANY and WILLIAM ROLLINS , and the Court requests that
