Defendant's Motion to Sever/Motion for Separate Trial and the Court having
been fully advised in the premises,it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Plaintiff/Third Party Defendants Motion to Sever/Motion for
Separate Trial is denied subject to further Pre-trial Order of the Court
separating non-jury issues of Defendant, BOWEN BROTHERS, INC. Counterclaim
and Third Party Complaint for consolidation with Case No. 77-325 CA styled
BROWNLEE AND ASSOCIATES, INC. vs. BnWEN BROTHERS, INC. (19th Judicial Circuit}.:
