O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 18th day of February,

1980, upon the Motion of the Respondent, REESE SANFORD McHAM, to compel
discovery, and the Court having examined the Motion, and having heard
the argument of counsel., and finding that the time period for the
Answering of the Interrogatories and for filing objections to said
f
Interrogatories has elasped and neither the answers nor objections
i
have been timely filed, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
f
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Respondent's Motion To Compel be, and is hereby
ordered granted and the Petitioner, PEGGY JANE WINKLES, be, and is
hereby ordered to Answer the Interrogatories propounded to her by the
Respondent within fourty-five (45) days from, after and including the
date upon which this Order is rendered.
2. That this Court expressly retains jurisdiction of this
cause and of the parties hereto to enter such orders ordering sanctions
against the Petitioner, PEGGY JANE WINKLES, ir. the event of said Peti-
tioner failing to comply with this Order compelling discovery including
such sanctions as striking the Petitioner's pleadings and awarding '

attorneys fees and costs to the Respondent.
