PETITION FOR DISCHARGE I
Petitioner, ROBERT M. RODEN, as personal representative
of the above estate alleges:
1. Decedent, LORETTA J. RODEN, a resident of St.Lucie
County, Florida died on April 18, -1978 and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on May 17,1978.
2. That on January 9,1979 this Court authorized a
partial distribution and payment of costs and attorney's fees
whereby the fees and costs expended to that date were paid

,ted leaving $2,000,.03 in the estate.
3. Petitioner files with this Petitior_ waivers and

consents from all of the beneficiaries of this estate.
4. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
E and debts that were presented and by paying or making pro-

vision for the payment of all expenses of administration. t

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns

6. The funeral bill for the above decedent has been

the Proof of Publication of Notice of Administration previous
filed in the estate. At this time the estate has in its -

possession the following property: Cash $2,000.03. {
