ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION I
The Petition of ROBERT M. RODEN for discharge as
personal representative of the Estate of Loretta J. Roden,
deceased was heard this day and it appearing from the
averments in the Petition that:
1. ROBERT M. RODEN, KENNETH F. RODEN, HUGH C. RODEN,
and JAMES LAWRENCE RODEN as eacr. one-quarter residuary
beneficiaries under the Will of the decedent. I

2. That ROBERT M. RODEh as personal representative !

~of the Estate has performed all acts necessary and proper
in the administration of the_estate and is entitled to {
discharge upon making distribution and filing_satisfactory
- evidence of distribution.
3. That the estate has not yet received the Estate
Tax Closing Letter from the Internal Revenue Service and from
~ the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida but that

this Court understands that the estate is non-taxable and
that in the Recei t of Beneficiary each beneficiary will

agree to be responsible for one-fourth of any tax which may

the future by the Internal Revenue Service and the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida. - ~

4. That ROBERT M. RODEN as personal representative now
has on hand the following assets for distribution:
Cash $2,000.03

5. The only fees remaining to be paid in the estate are s'
for the accountant Spitz & Donovan, CPA of $75.00 and the
attorney John Edgar Sherrard, Esquire of $75.00.
6. That Waivers and Consents from each residuary
EDGARSHERRARD beneficiary have been filed with the Petition for Discharge.
