RODEN, Deceased. _ f ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION I The Petition of ROBERT M. RODEN for discharge as personal representative of the Estate of Loretta J. Roden, deceased was heard this day and it appearing from the averments in the Petition that: 1. ROBERT M. RODEN, KENNETH F. RODEN, HUGH C. RODEN, and JAMES LAWRENCE RODEN as eacr. one-quarter residuary beneficiaries under the Will of the decedent. I 1 2. That ROBERT M. RODEh as personal representative ! } ~of the Estate has performed all acts necessary and proper in the administration of the_estate and is entitled to { discharge upon making distribution and filing_satisfactory - evidence of distribution. 3.
