CORA M. RUFF, Deceased. .
PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
.The undersigned, as Personal Representative of_ the above Estate,
alleges:
1. That decedent, CORA M. RUFF, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on the 17th day of January, 1979, and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioner on March 27, 1979.
2. That Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all bene^
ficiaries, waiving the filing of a final accounting, and consenting to
distribution and discharge.
3. That Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that
were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all
taxes and expenses of administration. -
4. -That the amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the Personal Representative, attorney, accountant, appraiser or other
agent, employed by the Personal Representative is set forth in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.
5. That Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
-.with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence
of the satisfaction of this estate's. obligations for both Federal and
Florida estate taxes, if any.

6. That Petitioner proposes to make/distribution of the assets
~ of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached here-
to as Exhibit "B".
7. That the only persons, other than Petitioner, having an in-
terest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:

all of whom are beneficiaries under Last Will and Testament of decedent.-
8. That any objections to the accounting, the compensation paid
or proposed to be paid, or the proposed distribution of assets, must be
filed within thirty (30) days from the date of service hereof.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made in accordance with
the schedule of distribution, and-that claims of creditors have been paid
