ORDER OF PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court upon the
Petition for Partial Distribution filed herein, the Court being fully
advised in the premises, and having examined the proposed partial
distribution, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Personal Representative of
the above Estate be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to make
partial distribution in accordance with the proposed distribution filed
herein, as follows:
1. To Imogene Dolozik, the sum of $ 12,494.69
2. To John W. Ruff, the sum of $ 12,494.70
3. To Paul R. Lundy, the sum of $ 12,494.69
for a total partial distribution in the sum of $ 37,484.08
That the Personal Representative be, and she is hereby, author-
ized and directed to retain the sum of $2, 265.00 to pay any Federal
Income Tax Liability, the Accountant's fee for preparing said Federal
Income Tax Return, and the sum of $15.00 for any further costs of admin-
istration in this estate proceedings.
DONE AND ORDERED this 2. day of February, 1980.
