I, FAYE I. BRUBAKER, of the Township of Center, County
of Beaver, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and under- .
standing, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, in manner and form following hereby revoking
any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
1) I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and satisfied as soon as may be convenient after my
decease.
2) I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate real,
personal and mixec3,unto my beloved husband, LOGAN W. BRUBAKER,of
the Township of Center, County of Beaver, Pennsylvania.
3) In the event my husband, LOGAN t4. BRUBAKER,predeceases
me, or we are killed in a common disaster,-then and in that
event only, ~I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real,
personal and mixed unto my children, JUDITH L.TELEHA, of 60 West
j Toulon, Cheektawago, New York and LOGA'J S~. BRUBAKER li, of 116
` Rolling Hills Drive, Monaca, Pennsylvania, share and share alike, ~
and their heirs to have and to hold forever. ~
4) In order to effectuate and carry out the intention and
purpose of this, my Last Will and Testament, I nominate, constitute
and appoint my husband, LO(;AN W. BRUBAKER, as Executor of this,
my Last :sill and Testament. -
5) In the event my husband, LOGAN j~. BRUBAKER, predeceases
me, or we are killed in a common disaster, then I nominate,
constitute and aPnoint my son. LOGA'V BRUBAKER II, of Center
r
Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania as Executor and Trustee of
this my Last will and Testament.
6) It~is my express desire and request that my Executor
and Trustee, whenever he may need legal advice and/ar assistance
in the settlement of my estate, or in carrying out the trusts and
