PETITION FOR CONFIRMATIOtJ OF SALE
Comes now the personal representative of the estate of
CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, deceased, and petitions this Court for
an order confirming the sale of the real property herein, and
as grounds therefor would show: -
1. That the personal representative, TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT,
is the sole beneficiary of the estate of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT,
deceased, and that he resides in another state and has no interest
in the real property involved herein other than a monetary interest.
~2. That the property involved herein is described as
follows:
Lot 5, Block 2, FORT PIERCE HIGHLANDS,
Unit ho. 1, St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the purchase price of the property is $22,500.00
~ and said proceeds are to be paid in full less costs of closing-to
~ the Estate of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, deceased. That said sale
took place on December 31, 1979, and said proceeds have been deposited
to the account of the Estate of CHARLES WILLIAM ALBRIGHT, deceased.
WHEREFORE, the personal representative, TERRY LEE ALBRIGHT,
requests that this Court enter an order confirming the sale of the
real property described above.
