FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLOSURE
This .action was tried before the court on the evidence presented,
and it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiffs, CODY A. BAILEY and CHROLYF ii. B~3ILEY, his wife,'
are due $ 13,814.59 as principal, $ 456.40 as interest,
$347.77 taxes for 1978 and 1979, $104.00 for annual fire and liability
insurance, $50.00 for title search expense, $f_'~lo ~.ri Gfor attorney's
fees with $ 74.00 court costs now taxed, making a total sum of

2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to any claim
or estate of the defendants CHARLES T. BEAM and ELAINE M. BEAM, his
wife, and RALPH RICHARD RAY, on the-following described. property:
Lot 1, Block 2, WILBUWE, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book-6, page 24 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed. by law
and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgement
are not paid within three days from this date, the clerk of this
