COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO
COUNTY OF SAN JUAN
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RAFAEL GARCIA CORDOVA who being by me first duly sworn, on oath,
deposes and says:------------------------------------------------ t
1. That he is the owner of the following described property,
to wit:----------------------------------------------------------
Lot 4, Block 29 of Port St..Lucie
Section 25, a subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plot
Book 13, Page 32, of the Public Records
of St, Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the above described property is free and clear of
all liens, taxes, encumbrances and claims of every kind, nature
and description whatsoever.
3. That there have been no improvements, alterations or re-
pairs to the above described property for which the costs thereof
remain unpaid, and that there are no claims for labor or material
furnished for repairing. or improving the same, which remain unpaid
except the following: NONE
4. That there are no mechanic's, materialmen's, or laborer's
liens against the above described property.
5. That there is no personal property contained in land
being sold to the purchaser mentioned below and said land is free
and clear of all liens, encumbrances, claims and demands whatsover
6, That affiant in the operation of said land complied in {
all respects with the SALES TAX LAW of the State of Florida.
7. That affiant knows of no violations of Municipal Ordinan-
ces pertaining to the above described property.
8. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing,
j MANUEL NICOLAU ~RNIAS to purchase said property from affiant.

j 9. Affiant agrees that in the event the current real estate
taxes vary in amount from the figures used in making the prora-
tions had in closing the transfer and conveyance of the above
described property to said purchaser then a new proration and a
correct and proper adjustment will be made upon demand,
E 10. That no judment or decree has been entered in any court
~ of this state of the United States against said affiant and which
remains unsatisfied.
---11. Affiant further states he is familiar with the nature of
an oath; and with the penalties as provided by the laws of the
State aforesaid for falsely swearing to statements made in.a ins-
trument of this nature. Affiant further certify us that he has
read or has heard read to him, the full facts of this affidavit,
