TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE UVDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 18b,

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivis[on. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Hook 294
Page 1617 Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S AS,9pCIATION, INC. .
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
