CLAIM OF LIEN

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority,-personally appeared
R. PATRICK BEATTY, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the Agent
of the Lienor herein, CREATIVE HOMES BY MATHIAS, INC., whose address
is 1234 Coral Reef Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and that
pursuant to a contract with ELIZABETH MERCER, 422 Willows Avenue,
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, Lienor furnished labor and materials
for the construction of a residence, for a total value of $8,600.00,
which remains unpaid, for which amount a lien is claimed on~the
following described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 15, Block 443, Section 3, PORT ST. LUCIE SUB-
DIVISION, according to Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 12, Page 13, A through I, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
owned by ELIZABETH MERCER.
Affiant further says that Lienor furnished the first of said
labor and materials on the 3lstday of October 1978, and
the last of the same on the 5th day of January 1979. N~
