KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Firs! Fedora! Savings and Loan Association of Fort PiRrcE>!, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Harry Smith and Ella
Caynon Smith, his wife dated ~y 1st 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 28b on page
2671 ,securing the payment of the sum of Seven Thousand, Five Hundred and no/100------------
Dollars (S 7 , 500.00------ )

covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cterk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
