DELINQUENCY AND PREPAYMENT: 1 understand that my failure to pay the monthly payments when due will increase the amount of Finance Charge
I pay you, but that my making paymenti prior to their being due will reduce the amount of Finance Charge 1 pay you. If 1 fail to make any payment
when due or if there is a default under the Security Agreement o? Mortgage, You may, without notifying or demanding anything further of me, require
me to pay you the remaining unpaid balance 1 owe you. Upon such default you may charge me reasonable attorney fees you incur in hiring an attomey
which is not one of your salaried employees to collect the money (owe you, as well as reasonable expenses of repossessing, storing, a styling any prop-
erty securing this loan.
CREDIT INSURANCE: Credit Life Insurarxe and Credit Disability Insurance are optional and are not required as a condition to your granting this loan.
Such coverages are part of this loan only if amounts are shown above under "'Inwrance Premiums/Life-Disability" and if 1 have authorized such insurance

SECURITY: In order to secure my obligations under this loan, 1 grant you a security interest under the Unitorm Commercial Code and according to the
norms of the Security Agreement on the reverse side and of the attached mortgage in the following:
