AND WHEREAS the said Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida Corporation
requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION to release
the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from
the lien and operation of said Mortgage: .

as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other gc~ocf anti

remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
