THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Motions of ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY to Compel production
from Crossdefendant, ROBERT ROTH, d/b/a ANIMALS OF DISTINCTION,
Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiff's Complaint, and the
Court, having heard the same, the arguments of counsel and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is-hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. The Defendant, ROBERT ROTH, shall have twenty (20)
days to comply with paragraphs (a) and (d) of the previous
Notice to Produce filed by ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, speci-
fically tax returns for the years 1975, 1976, 1977 and 1978,
and all business records for 1976, 1977 and 1978 pertaining
to his activities as a zoo keeper and/or animal and reptile
dealer;
2. That if such documents are not produced within
said twenty-day period, appropriate sanctions will be
imposed;
3. Paragraphs 5 and 10 of the Plaintiff's Complaint
are hereby stricken;
4. The Plaintiff shall have ten (10) days in which.
to file Amendments to its Complaint.
