Objection to Request to Produce; the Gefendants', Leo A.
Burkett, M.D. and George Theodorou, M,D., Motion for Extension
of Time; Defendant's, E. C. Liu, M.D., Motion to Consolidate,
and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, it
is
CRGERED AND ADJUDGED:
1, That the Defendants', Leo A. Burkett, M.D. and
George Theodorou, M.U., Motion for Extension of Time is
hereby denied.
2. That the Defendants', E. C. Liu, M,D., George
Theodorou, M.D. and Leo A. Burkett, M.D., Objection to Request
to Produce is sustained.
3. The Defendant's, E. C. Liu, M.D., Motion to
Consolidate the Mediation Claims No. 80-1-CA with MLMC No.
79-498, is hereby granted without prejudice to all parties.
The question as to whether this Mediation.Panel has jurisdiction
over Lawnwood Medical Center, or any other party, has not
been ruled upon at this time.
