ORDER
- This cause coming on this day to be heard upon Motion for
payment of money deposited into the Registry of the Court, filed
:~erein by the Defendants, WILLIAM E. REUTER and ETHEL REUTER, his
wife, and the court having noted the contents of the Motion and
- the statutory authority cited therein, Plaintiff having filed its
Response, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court

F forthwith pay unto the Defendants, WILLIAM E. REUTER and ETHEL
REUTER the sum of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty ($7,880.00)
~ Dollars, being the sum set forth for Parcel No. 115, and it is further
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the payment of these funds from
the funds on deposit in the Registry of the Court shall in no way
impair the right of the Defendants, WILLIAM E. REUTER and ETHEL
REUTER, to claim f-ull damages for the taking of said parcel at
trial to determine the value thereof.-
