the laws of the United States of America, the owner of 6 cdrtdin nwrtgage given by LOUIS E. Teets and
Elsie C. Teets, his wife
dated September 21 i q 67 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book 168 on page
1202 , securing the payment of the sum of
NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ANO NO/100 Dollars (S 9,200.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtecJness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
