ORDER APPOINTING ATTORNEY AD LITEM AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM
This matter was heard on plaintiff's Motion for appointment
of an Attorney ad litem for the defendants and for a Guardian ad
litem for the defendants, and the court being advised in the pre-
mises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Frank Fee, IZI, F.9aaire is appointed Attorney
ad litem for all the defendants and Guardian ad litem for the de-
fendants, and he shall serve written defenses without service of
process on him.

2. It shall not be necessax'y for the Attorney ad litem nor
' the Guardian ad litem to file an oath. The filing of an Answer or

taking on his part to faithfully discharge duties of his office.
