i1 the Management and Operating Agreement entered into between the

Operator and the then Owners of all of the real property
encompassed within the Plat of Indrio Graves, recorded in Plat
Book 12, page 48, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit

Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. The Management and Operating I

Agreement was recorded on December 13, 1966, in Official Record
Book 161, page 201, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, all of the parties having any

`interest in either the lands involved in that Management and !
Operating Agreement or having any int rest in tat agreement ~
