{ FIRST: I direct that all expenses of administering my estate s
:including all taxes occasioned by my death be paid out of the r
;;residue of my estate and that my Executor shall not attempt to ~

`recover from any beneficiary hereunder any part of any such taxes
t ;notwithstanding that such recovery may be permitted by law. I

;;authorize my Executor, in his discretion, to compromise any of
such taxes including any taxes on account of future interests and

~ `:claims of any other nature which may be pending against me or
~~`asserted against my estate and to pay the amount required by such
compromise out of my estate, or when permitted by law, to defer
the payment of any taxes on account of future interests.-
. SECOND: I give my entire estate, exclusive of any property
;over which I have a power of appointment to my son, Donald R.
Persson and my daughter, Frances L. Hughes in equal shares, per i
stirpes.
THIRD: I name my son, Donald R. Persson to be Executor
of my will. If he shall for any reason fail or cease to serve (
as such, my daughter, Frances L. Hughes shall serve as Executrix.

~ FOURTH: I direct that the person named by me as Executor

or his successor shall be exempt from furnishing a surety or

sureties on any bond. I request that the probate court having
jurisdiction of the administration of my estate dispense with
the re resentation of the interests of ~

~~tained in any proceedings concerning the allowance of any probate #
accounts related to my estate.

FIFTH: In addition to, and not in limitation of, all common
