On the petition of DONALD R. PERSSON and FRANCES L. Ht1GHES,
as the two devisees of the Last Will and Testament of Einar R. Persson,
for Summary Administration of the Estate of Einar R. Persson, deceased,
the Court finding that the decedent died on the 8th day of March, 1979;
that all interested persons have joined in this petition; that the
material-allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
