The petitioner, PAUL ELIGIO, alleges: cfl

• 1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate a~ n #
beneficiary named in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. ~
Petitioner's name and address are PAUL ELIGIO, 15 Eldred Drive,
East Haven, Connecticut, 06512, and the name and. address of petitioner's
,attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, LOUIS ELIGIO, whose last known address was
2107 South 10th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on February 1,
1980, at 125 South 7th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the '
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to .decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are: ~

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because ~

5. PAUL ELIGIO, whose address is 15 Eldred Drive, East
Haven, Connecticut, is entitled to preference in appointment as

visions of the Last Will and Testament of decedent.

this estate are $40,750.00. ~
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil ~

~ of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated i
October 4, 1974, accompanies this petition, and is self-proving
under the laws of the State of Florida.
