I, LOUISE ELIuIO, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do t
hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto by
me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
I
I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
II
I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, including property over which I have a
power of appointment, unto-my beloved husband, DONATO ELIGIO, pro- ~
vided he is living at the time of my death.
III
In the event my beloved husband, DONATO ELIGIO, shall pre-
decease me, or in the further event that he and I shall meet our
deaths as the result of a common accident or a disaster under

circumstances making it difficult to determine which of us last

survived, then in either of such events I give, bequeath and devise

all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, including property

over which I have a power of appointment, unto my son, PAUL ELIGIO. t

- I nominate and appoint my husband, DONATO ELIGIO, to be
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond;
~ and I hereby give and grant unto. my executor full right and power
to hold,- manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge
and lease all or any portion of my property, whether real, personal
