HomeMy WebLinkAbout0888 ..w- ~ - s o c or mixed, tangible or intangible, wherever situate, of which I may die seized or possessed; and I further give and grant to my execu- tor the right to otherwise dispose of the assets of my estate at public or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as he may see fit; and the further right to make, execute and deliver any and t all contracts, options, deeds or other instruments carrying out the authority herein given as he may deem necessary or proper for the convenient and advantageous management and settlement of my estate, and he may make distribuiton either in cash or in kind, without regard for any law or statute limiting the powers of executors. Should my husband, DONATO ELIGIO, predecease me or for any other reason fail to qualify as executor hereof, or if having qualified, it becomes necessary that a successor executor be appointed, then I appoint my son , PAUL ELIGIO, as alternate executo hereof, with the same powers above-enumerated. D., 1974, and have signed my name on the preceding page, along the margin thereof, hereby declaring the instrument contained on this and the preceding ~ page to be my Last Will and Testament.
