THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of /c 19~a,

of William L. Moody, Sr., Deceased, party of the first part, and

WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the power of sale con- ~

tamed in the Will of the above-named Decedent, and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, ~

the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lot 18, Block 1, CROSS TRAIL SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 7, Page 39, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and

heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
