A failure by the Mortgagors to make payments due upon the first
Mc~rt~gage shall be deESned a default of the Nate secured herd~y i
and of this Mortgage. Mortgagee, if it so elects, may pay any
and all Payments, d~arges, interest, late charges and other
fees which may avcn~e upon any default of the first Mbrtgage,
anti such aimunt so paid shall be secured by this Mme, and
repaid with interest at the rate specified in the Note secured
hereby by the Mortgagor within fifteen (15) days after receipt
of written native of such paytrnx?t.
Zhe Mortgagors further agree too pay all tax, assessnents, and
utilities that may be levied and assessed against the property herein,
subsequent to the date hereof, and agree that if the Mortgagor
shall fail to keep the property insured or to PaY anY-P~i~
j or pay taxes, assesstr~ents, or utilities, then the Mortgagee-, if it
so elects, may pay the same, and the amount so paid shall be secured
by this Mortgage, and repaid with interest by the r3orbgagor within
fifteen (15) days after the receipt by the I~brtgagor by written
active thereof . Failure to make suds payments shall be deemed
a default of the Note secured hereby in this Nbrtgage.
