THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Defendants' Motion for Extension of
Time for Final HeaXtng, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and
being otherwise advises; in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon good cause .having been shown by
Defendants, the time for commencement of the Final Mediation Hearing in this.
matter is hereby extended beyond the 120-day period established by Section
768.44, Florida Statutes, and the Florida Medical Mediation Rules, and it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Claimant may raise the issue of the
jurisdiction of the Mediation Panel in this cause and counsel for the parties
may submit briefs on the issue of the time of filing the Claim herein.
