ASSIGNMENT OF DEFICIENCY JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN by these presence:
THAT I, ALLEN .R. OSTEFN, party of the first part, who was
the Plaintiff in the Mortgage Foreclosure action against Frank
Istvanditsch, Defendant in Case No. 79-148-CA in the Circuit
. Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, St. Lucie County,Florida,
in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other
valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of G & A
VENTURES, a Florida General Partnership, party of the second part, ~
at or before-the ensealing and delivery of these presence, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, '
sell, assign, transfer and set over to the said party of the
second part that certain Deficiency Judgment bearing date the ~
' 15th day of. February, 1980 executed by Circuit Judqe Philip G.
Nourse granting a deficiency judgment in the amount of $3,000.00
agaist the Defendant, Frank Istvanditsch, and in favor of the
Plaintiff, Allen R. Osteen, and recorded in Official Records t
Book 325 at Page 2524 of the Public Records of St~Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, its legal representatives, successors and assigns
forever. -
