GRANT OF EASEMENT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
THIS INDENTURE made and entered into on this
day of February, 1980, by and between ROBERT PINCHUK, Grantor,
and DIANA E. ENCK, Grantee.
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized in fee simple and in
possession of lands lying in Section 2, Township 36 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed, in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10..00) and other good and valuable considera-
tion to grant to Grantee and all other persons claiming by,
through or under Grantee, their predecessors in Title or their
heirs, assigns or legal representatives by virtue of any deeds
of conveyances describing land located in Section 2, Township
36 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie~County, Florida, an easement
or right-of-way over the land described below, for the purposes
and in the manner expressed below: _

That in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration
of the-sum of Ten Dollars ($10,00) and other good and valuable
f consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor
grants unto Grantee, her heirs and assigns, and to all others
likely situated as above described, and their heirs and assigns,
Full and free right and liberty for them and
their tenants, servants, visitors and licensees,
in common with all persons having the like right,
