that for good and valuable considerations, and also in considerotion of the aggre-
gate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor here-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, ` rentises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St . Lucie County.
Florida. viz:
Lot 17, Block 26, Unit 3, River Park, as per plat thereof on
record in plat book 10, page 80, of the public records of Sty Lucie
County, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS~HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make the payments called for in the
first mortgage now encumbering this property, within 15 da~~'of
the due date herein, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or
some other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS hereinjwill at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form provided
for this purpose by the. MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a second mortgage, junior and inferior only to that
certain first mortgage as recorded in O.R.Book 200_, at page
1232 of the .public records of St~. Lucie County, Florida.
(4) Upon request of the MORTGAGORS herein, the MORTGAGEE herein,
~ at its option, within twenty (20)-years from the date of this
j mortgage may make future advances to the MORTGAGORS herein. Such
~ future advances, with interest thereon shall be secured by this
mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
~ notes are secured hereby. At nc time shall the principal amount
of indebtedness secured by this mortgage, not including pro~r
~ sums advanced to protect .the security of this- mortgage, exceed
the original amount of the note secured by this mortgage plus
U.S, $2,000.00. I
