FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming before the Court on Motion-for Final Judgment
and it appearing from the record that a Summary Final Judgment has been
• entered-in this cause in favor of the plaintiffs and the Court being fully
advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the plaintiffs' Motion for Final Judgment be and the
same is hereby granted.
2. That the claims of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida as filed

~ in this cause are hereby forever barred and foreclosed as against the
j property of R. E. SLAY, JR, and BETTY J. SLAY,-his wife, to-wit:
! - Lot 3 and the East 5 feet of vacated alley adjacent on West
of Block 15 FLORIANA PARK SfD as per Plat Book 2, Page 7,
of the pubic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lots 3 and 4 and the East 5 feet of vacated alley adjoining on
- West and that part of Carolina Avenue .adjoining on North of
Lot 4 Block 14, FLORIANA PARK, a subdivision as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 2, Page 7C, public records of St Lucie
County, Florida.
~ Lot 4 and the East 5 feet of vacated alley adjacent on West
and that part of vacated Carolina Avenue adjacent on North,
- Block 15, FLORIANA PARK, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 2, Page 7C, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
s and the claim of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida is hereby stricken and
dismissed and forever barred as to the said R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J.
SLAY, his wife.
