This cause coming before the Court on Motion for Final Judgment
and it appearing from the record that a Summary Final Judgment has been
entered in this cause in favor of the plaintiffs and the Court being fully
advised therein , .thereupon , i t i s hereby - -
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
• 1. That the plaintiffs' Motion for Final Judgment be and the same
is hereby granted.

~i 2. That the claims of GREGORIO LOPEZ GARCIA as filed in this
cause are hereby forever barred and foreclosed as against the property
of R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY, his wife, to-wit:

North half of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter, lying West of Turnpike
Feeder Road, Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the claim of GREGORIO LOPEZ GARCIA is hereby stricken and dismissed
and forever barred as to the said R, E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J: SLAY,
his wife.
