This cause having been presented to the Court on the
Motion to Disburse the deposit filed by Defendants DONALD J.
McDONALD and SANDRA J. McDONALD, his wife, Owners of Parcel
104, and it appearing that the mortgage holders, John S.
and Sara B. Weathers, his wife, and the Tax Collector have
filed consents to the withdrawal, and it further appearing
that there are no other interests adversely affected by
'i the taking and that the real property taxes on the parcel
~ have been paid in full, and the Court being fully advised.
E in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk disburse from the

funds deposited by the Plaintiff-with respect ~to Parcel 104 '
the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty and no/100
Dollars ($25,580.00) to DONALD J. McDONALD AND SANDRA. J.
