an easement over the Westerly 20 feet of the right-of-way of the -
Florida State Turnpike Authority commencing from its intersection
with Coolidge Road and running Northwesterly to the East boundary
line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 23, .
Township 35 South, Range 39 East which is a non-exclusive perpetual
easement from Florida State Turnpike Authority to Samuel Weber,
dated September 30, 1965 and recorded in Official Records Book
it 128, page 254 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
