Book 2, page 10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS THE FOLLOWING:
Begin at a point on the South line of Lot 4, 339.45 feet East of the West line of Lot 4;
thence run Northerly on a line perpendicular a distance of 60 feet to a point; thence
run Westerly on a line parallel with the South line of Lot 4, for a distance of 30 feet
to a point; thence run Southerly for a distance.of 60 feet to a point on the South line
of Lot 4; thence run Easterly on the South line of Lot 4 for a distance of 30 feet to the

Together with an easement over and across the access easement on the North 30 feet of
the South 90 feet of Lot 3 and the North 30 feet of the South 90 feet of Lot 2 lying
1a'est of the Ttirnpi~ce. Together with an easement over the i~'esteriy 20 feet of the right-
of-way of the Florida State T1,irnpike Authority camlencing from its intersection with
Coolidge Road and running Northwesterly to the East boufidary-line of the Northwest
